I was inspired by the Monet's Garden series, especially "Serenity Bridge" by Mirinda Stewart and "Monet's Garden Walk" by Lenore Crawford. The Lorrie Faith Cranor quilts were awe inspiring. It struck me that "Circular Reasoning" with its designs within designs, circles, squares, overlays, and cross was put together with logical, linear reasoning. I loved the above quilts, but found all of the quilts truly wonderful.eileenhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16431352871402681251noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7400399864487355753.post-10655171315732251132010-03-25T16:39:48.028-07:002010-03-25T16:39:48.028-07:00Thank you for showing my quilt Blue Cubes. While my design is traditional, the other quilts you have shown point out the wonderful variety one can create with a simple pattern.Unknownhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/07014273137591144539noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7400399864487355753.post-16072952496131215962010-03-25T05:12:05.527-07:002010-03-25T05:12:05.527-07:00Thanks for featuring my quilt. Also see our post a few weeks ago (February 26) on Y-variations of tumbling blocks. There are so many variations of tumbling blocks, and all of them are great.Quilt Inspirationhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11976052222538291847noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-7400399864487355753.post-59025967422479197452010-03-22T13:30:12.507-07:002010-03-22T13:30:12.507-07:00What good timing!
