City Leaves

Here is a contemporary wall quilt featuring a stunning combination of red, white and black leaves.  It's a departure from the traditional autumn colors.  It would look great in a modern town home or loft!

City Leaves, made and quilted by Rhonda Borders   

Rhonda Borders says this use of red, white and black caught her eye in a quilting magazine some years back. Her choice of contrasting prints, and the expert applique work, really makes this quilt pop.   

NOTE: We recognize this as the City Leaves design from City Walks: 10 Contemporary Quilt Designs by Nancy Rink (2012). Rhonda quilted each of the blocks with a leafy design.
