A delightful quilted tree, made in rows of different blocks including nine patch, square-within-square, baskets, and sprigs of holly! The base of the tree is shaped like a large spool. This Christmas quilt is beautifully pieced and appliqued.
Winner of a ribbon in the Small, Primarily Pieced, Machine Quilted category, Cherie Swanson says, "A white Christmas in Tucson (Arizona) doesn't happen - except on a quilt! The delicate snowflakes let us pretend." The pattern source is Tannenbaum by Laundry Basket Quilts.
