We're celebrating Independence Day with 8 days of red, white and blue
quilts! The Declaration of Independence (July 4, 1776), says: "We hold
these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that
they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that
among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness." We hope
your happiness includes plenty of quilting.

Festive Fireworks by Jill Scherer, quilted by Rose Maynes
Jill Scherer says, "My community celebrates on July 3rd with fireworks and entertainment in the community park. I host a party at my home before the fireworks for friends and family. This quilt was created as my 2017 wall display and fits in perfectly with this year’s theme, Salute America." (We are searching for the pattern source.) We love the creative quilting by Rose Maynes, shown below.
