Peppermint and Holly by Cherie Swanson, quilted by Nancy Stein
Cherie Swanson says, "Piecing and hand applique are my favorite
combination of techniques. The holly gives hints of Christmas but this
quilt will stay out all year." The Peppermint and Holly pattern is from Quilting the Garden by Barb Adams (Blackbird Designs, 2004). Cherie's beautiful applique work can be seen in the closeup photo, below.
