Most Days by Carlton Brown (California)
This great quilt by Carlton Brown includes most of the 90 Tula Pink City Sampler blocks, along with 10 self-designed blocks. The colors of the work are inspired by the paintings of the African-American artist, Jennifer Packer. The quilt's binding matches the major colors of the quilt and is quilted in a modern matchstick approach. Carlton Brown says, "Be on the lookout for many bugs, birds, and other unusual objects. Called Most Days, this quilt represents most days of life... colorful and happy."
