Happy Snowmen by Opal Bernis (Arizona)
We enjoyed seeing these "Happy Snowmen." Opal Bernis says that she used a pattern obtained from the Willcox (Arizona) Quilters. A variety of fun Christmas fabrics were used to create the patchwork sashing.
We recognize this pattern, called “Snowman Collector”, which was originally designed by The Stitch Connection. [For example, see the Let It Snow blog post at Sonya's Snippets.] The Snowman Collector pattern may still be available at various sites by doing a Google search; we found a kit version at Quilt Cove as of this post date.
